Solid Nyatoh Door Products Disclaimer
Natural Wood Variations

  • Solid Nyatoh wood, even from trees of the same species, may exhibit variations in color, texture, and grain patterns.

  • Over time, the wood may undergo subtle changes as it naturally ages.

Joint Movement and Cracking

  • Center panels and joints in doors or drawer fronts may develop visible cracking around the joint areas over time.

  • Environmental factors such as sunlight exposure, smoke, household cleaners, and other conditions can accelerate or intensify these changes.

  • These factors may also cause the wood to warp, split, or crack.

Environmental and Wear Factors

  • Door panel joints are particularly prone to movement under these conditions. Completed doors may experience changes at the joints after a few months of use.

  • These characteristics are typical of wood products and are not classified as defects or eligible for replacement under the warranty.

Wood Characteristics and Color Variations

  • Naturally occurring wood characteristics such as variations in color, grain, mineral streaks, and knots are inherent and not considered defects.

  • Color variations in kitchen doors occur naturally due to species, age, and environmental factors such as UV light and sunlight exposure.

  • New or replacement kitchen doors may not perfectly match display samples or existing doors due to these natural variations.

Rectification and Touch-Up Policy

  • If peeling or cracking occurs, which is beyond our control, rectification touch-up works will be carried out within one year of installation.

  • Rectifications are limited to a maximum of two times only within a one-year period.
